Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a HRG, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resource expertise to various departments across the organization.

  • Employee Engagement:

    You will team up with management to develop and implement strategies that drive employee engagement and retention. This includes designing and implementing programs that recognize and reward employee achievements.

  • Recruitment:

    You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring employees within the given timeline. This includes coordinating with staffing agencies to ensure adequate staffing levels.

  • Onboarding:

    You will guide hiring managers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also partner with supervisors and managers to implement performance management and reward and recognition schemes.

  • Rewards Implementation:

    You will be a resource for employee benefit questions or guidance. You will work closely with supervisors and managers to effectively implement performance management and reward and recognition schemes.

  • Employee Relations:

    You will listen to and address employee issues, concerns, and complaints. You will also conduct workplace investigations, make recommendations, and implement actions to resolve workplace issues.

  • Supporting Special Initiatives:

    You will support and participate in department projects, including compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and corporate engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic human resource expertise to various departments
  • Recruit and hire employees within the given timeline
  • Guide hiring managers throughout the onboarding process
  • Implement performance management and reward and recognition schemes
  • Listen to and address employee issues, concerns, and complaints
  • Conduct workplace investigations and make recommendations
  • Team up with management to develop employee engagement strategies
  • Maintain all records and documents

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience as an Assistant Manager HRBP
  • Industry preference: Pharma/CRO
