At Acoem, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the Industrial Reliability division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and effectively closing deals to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and negotiate agreements to maximize sales performance.
  • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building strong relationships.
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
  • Perform market and competitive research to stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand sales effectively.

Your Day-to-Day Missions and Tasks:

  • Analyze the competitive landscape to stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand sales effectively.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of activities, update the commercial database, and provide business forecasts to the Sales Head.
  • Provide sales assistance to the sales/distribution network (distributors/agents).
  • Expand the customer network within the designated geographical area.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales within a B2B setting.
  • Preference for experience in Condition Monitoring & Laser Alignment Systems solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in Vibration is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of initiating cold calls/visits to drive new business prospects.
  • Capability to establish enduring, robust customer relationships.

Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, with preference given to those experienced in condition monitoring sales.
  • Self-motivated individual with a knack for self-learning and proficiency in using various instruments and software.
