Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success function, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships, ensuring their success, and driving upsells and expansion revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships to drive maximum value and adoption of BiteSpeed's products
  • Become a trusted product advisor, helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform
  • Owning expansion revenue at an account level through strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining playbooks to scale customer success functions
