Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success function, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships, ensuring their success, and driving upsells and expansion revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships to drive maximum value and adoption of BiteSpeed's products
- Become a trusted product advisor, helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform
- Owning expansion revenue at an account level through strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Developing and maintaining playbooks to scale customer success functions
- You have 2+ years of experience in managing customer success and support at an SMB SaaS startup
- You genuinely care about delivering exceptional service experiences that exceed customer expectations
- You have a passion for helping people succeed and making a meaningful impact on their lives
