Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices and be adept at handling multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This senior manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing key aspects of the human resources function within the organization. They will be responsible for performance management, compensation & benefits management, learning & development, and organizational design, structure, culture, and employee engagement and relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage performance appraisal processes including annual goal setting, periodic performance assessments, annual performance calibration with the leadership team etc.

  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.

  3. Implement employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

  4. Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.

  5. Provide guidance to Leadership on annual salary revision, manage the annual performance bonus pay-out and annual salary revisions.

  6. Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

  7. Job level / grade / designation restructuring experience.

  8. Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles within the organization.

  9. Implement various delivery methods including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training to cater to diverse learning styles.

  10. Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of technical and soft skills training sessions.

  11. Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs in enhancing employee performance and productivity.

  12. Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training initiatives.

  13. Promote awareness of training opportunities and encourage employee participation in professional development activities.

  14. Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.

  15. Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

  16. Ensure effective communication channels within the organization to keep employees informed and involved.

  17. Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.

  18. Assess and design organizational structures that support business goals and improve efficiency.

  19. Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability within the organization.

  20. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational development goals.

  21. Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.

  22. The ideal candidate should have a broad understanding of HR practices and be adept at handling multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with a PG degree in HR from a reputed institute.

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws.

  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Exposure to HRMS tool.

  • Understanding of LMS and other training tools will be an advantage.
