Job Title:

A Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success of a restaurant, overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service and high standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce food waste, and control costs.
    • Promote sales growth through creative marketing initiatives and collaborative efforts with suppliers and vendors.

    • Collaborate with kitchen personnel to maintain exceptional food quality and safety standards.
    • Manage shift schedules, attendance, and employee performance evaluations to optimize team productivity.
    • Organize and supervise special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Qualifications:
    • Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in metropolitan markets.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
