Hamabe, our award-winning Japanese restaurant at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its operations. Renowned for its authentic flavors, refined service, and vibrant atmosphere, Hamabe caters to discerning leisure and business travelers looking for a true taste of Japan in paradise.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.


• Lead, train, and inspire the service team to deliver hospitality that matches the quality of our cuisine.


• Maintain food & beverage quality control, operational efficiency, and service excellence.


• Recruit, schedule, and manage staff performance to build a strong and motivated team.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.


• Work closely with the culinary team to create memorable dining experiences that celebrate Japanese traditions.

Qualifications:


• Proven track record in customer service and guest satisfaction within a luxury or fine-dining environment.


• Strong leadership and team management abilities.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


• In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine; understanding of sake and Japanese dining culture is a significant advantage.


• Japanese language proficiency is a plus.


• Previous experience in hotels or upscale dining preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
