Hamabe, our award-winning Japanese restaurant at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its operations. Renowned for its authentic flavors, refined service, and vibrant atmosphere, Hamabe caters to discerning leisure and business travelers looking for a true taste of Japan in paradise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Lead, train, and inspire the service team to deliver hospitality that matches the quality of our cuisine.

Maintain food & beverage quality control, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

Recruit, schedule, and manage staff performance to build a strong and motivated team.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Work closely with the culinary team to create memorable dining experiences that celebrate Japanese traditions.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in customer service and guest satisfaction within a luxury or fine-dining environment.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine; understanding of sake and Japanese dining culture is a significant advantage.

Japanese language proficiency is a plus.

Previous experience in hotels or upscale dining preferred.

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
