Your focus will be on creating programs that align with the company's strategic goals, focusing on volume growth, better product mix, and network expansion.
You will oversee the implementation of loyalty programs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. This includes managing end-to-end program lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, and reward fulfillment.
Another key aspect of this role is coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop and execute strategies to engage and motivate customers to participate in loyalty programs.
Analyze customer and distributor behavior to refine program mechanics and improve ROI. Stay updated on loyalty trends and competitor programs to ensure differentiation and relevance. Evaluate all loyalty programs for compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
