About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our Partner Credit Services team in the UK market.

About the Team

Partner Credit Services connects business owners to the right funding, helping them to trade, plan and grow with confidence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide local oversight and supervision of the PCS UK Sales Teams based in India, assuming responsibility for the PCS Credit Finance team locally.

They will work closely with the Sales Team Leads for our Unsecured, Asset Backed and Commercial Coverage businesses to drive the success of the teams based in India.

The Senior Sales Leader will also work with the PCS Sales Performance Lead to structure training and development for the India-based teams.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Provide local oversight and supervision of the PCS UK Sales Teams based in India.
  2. Assume responsibility for the PCS Credit Finance team locally.
  3. Work closely with the Sales Team Leads for our Unsecured, Asset Backed and Commercial Coverage businesses to drive the success of the teams based in India.
  4. Work with the PCS Sales Performance Lead to structure training and development for the India-based teams.
  5. Work with the PCS Leadership team and the PCS Sales Performance Leads to establish and maintain a high-performing sales culture.
  6. Work with local stakeholders across the broader business to ensure that the PCS India teams are compliant with local regulations and requirements.
  7. Provide oversight of processes and act as a local escalation point for complaints, Risk & Control issues, local recruitment and onboarding of new joiners.
  8. Continue to embed a culture of continuous feedback to drive the business forward.
  9. Solid Line reporting into the Commercial Director, Partner Credit Services; dotted line to local India leadership.

What We're Looking For

  1. 10 years+ relevant industry experience, ideally in Sales.
  2. Proven leader with at least 3 years experience in a people leadership role.
  3. Deep knowledge of SME finance in the UK (or other market) including different lender products / product classes.
  4. Experience of covering the UK market.
  5. Highly data-driven - able to analyse / interpret / present complex datasets.
  6. Capable of working with a high degree of autonomy and local responsibility.
  7. Strong financial analysis skills.
  8. Experience of Salesforce (or similar workflow-based CRM system) ideal but not essential.
  9. Experience of coaching or mentoring would be a plus.
