- Persuasively negotiate profitable export figures and close deals.
- Achieve pre-planned annual growth and profit margins.
- Foster strong customer relationships and increase customer base.
- Analyze win-loss projects and optimize costs for customers and the organization.

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in business development and marketing of aseptic process equipment.
- BE/BTech (Mechanical/Chemical/Biotechnology) with preferably MBA (Marketing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
