Sales and Marketing Development Professional

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Development Professional to drive business growth and development. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and marketing to secure profitable deals with biopharma and sterile processing manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote skid-mounted bioprocessing equipment, automated systems, and manufacturing plants to target customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering brand loyalty and increasing customer base.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, trade fairs, and exhibitions, showcasing our products and services.
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biotechnology Engineering, with an MBA in Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer profitability and organizational competitiveness.
