Biotechnology Process Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our biotechnology process development, scale up, and characterization efforts for monoclonal antibody manufacturing. Key responsibilities include the design and implementation of scalable and robust processes to meet desired product yield and quality requirements.

  • Develop and optimize upstream processes using risk-based strategies to ensure efficient and reliable production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate technical discussions related to process development, technology transfer, and process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in technology transfer activities and work closely with program management and cross-functional teams to deliver on program timelines
  • Provide scientific expertise on the latest advancements in bioprocessing and possess statistical knowledge in applying QbD and DOE concepts into upstream development

Educational Requirements: Recent PhD Graduates are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in biotechnology and experience in one or more of the following areas: omics technologies, metabolic flux analysis, bioprocess modeling, digital twin for bioreactor or cells, or CFD – Computational Fluid Dynamics.
