We are seeking a dedicated Culture Coordinator to support our organization's efforts in fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.

Job Description
  • The Culture Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that promote company values, improve employee morale, and encourage teamwork.
  • This role involves organizing cultural events, workshops, and activities that foster community engagement and collaboration among staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, or organizational development is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement strategies is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with diverse groups of people is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS systems, survey tools, and multimedia design tools such as Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and others is a plus.
  • Prioritizing a positive workplace culture and employee experience is crucial.
Cultural Initiatives and Employee Engagement
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and gather insights on cultural initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the employee experience.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and discussions focused on building awareness and understanding of diverse perspectives.
