Brand Strategist and Content Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to help shape our brand identity across various digital touchpoints. As a key member of our creative team, you will work closely with our founders to develop a brand voice, values, and visual identity that resonates with our audience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Define and evolve our brand voice, values, and visual identity through strategic planning and execution.
    • Develop compelling story arcs and campaign ideas that bring our brand to life and engage our target audience.
    • Ensure consistency across packaging, partnerships, events, and online content through meticulous attention to detail and a keen understanding of brand messaging.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Success in driving brand awareness and engagement through social media and other digital channels.
    • Development and implementation of effective content calendars that meet business objectives.
    • Analysis and evaluation of campaign performance to inform future strategy and optimization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing social media and/or brand content for a consumer brand.
  • Excellent writing skills with a sharp understanding of tone, narrative, and brand voice.
  • Familiarity with internet culture and the ability to think beyond current trends and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with a high degree of autonomy and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools to create visually appealing content.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Experience working with F&B, D2C, or lifestyle brands, with a proven track record of success in these industries.
  • Experience across multiple channels - social, email, web, and packaging - with a deep understanding of each medium's strengths and limitations.
