In addition to iCRO services, we provide comprehensive Site Management Organization (SMO) services. With offices worldwide, we operate in over forty countries, recognized as the world's largest and most preeminent iCRO in oncology. We're seeking a proactive and passionate Culture Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and implement cultural programs, organize events, and conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction. They'll also analyze feedback, recommend improvements, and champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization.

The successful Culture Coordinator will develop and manage internal communication strategies, collaborate with the HR team, and work closely with various departments to align cultural programs with organizational goals and values. They'll also track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of cultural programs and initiatives.

To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, and 2–5 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, or organizational development. You'll also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and be proficient in MS Office Suite.
