Design and Develop Standard Cells

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to lead the development of our standard cell library from scratch.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing combinatorial, power management, and sequential circuits.

Responsibilities include verifying the functionality, performance, and power of developed circuits, characterizing and generating views of libraries with custom PVT corners, and modeling new and existing cells.

A strong background in EDA tools such as RC-extraction, SPICE simulators, and schematic/layout editors is essential. Additionally, experience working with views like lef, NLDM, CCS, .LIB is desirable.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are required, as you will maintain accurate and thorough records of work, design flows, and reports. Automation of manual tasks to reduce overall time and effort is also expected.
