Job Title:

Digital Transformation and Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our company's digital initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective product management and digital transformation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products and services.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology leadership.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to guide technical teams.

Nice to Have:

  • MBA (preferred) – with specialization in Technology, Operations, or Product Management.
  • Certification in AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud Technologies

Technical Expertise:

  • Python, SQL, AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience in Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).

Secondary Skills:

  • Product management and lifecycle ownership.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Change management and digital adoption strategies.
