Head of Digital Media

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Digital Media to oversee the planning, development, and execution of all digital media strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Digital Media in the Greater Delhi Area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Digital Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring optimal results and return on investment.
  • Media Planning: Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, OTT, and other news and entertainment portals, maximizing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media marketing efforts to engage with audiences, drive business results, and foster a strong online presence.
  • Leadership: Provide proven leadership and management skills to guide a team of professionals in the media-related field, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence- Generative and Agentic.
  • Experience in Media Planning, Media Strategy, and Digital Strategy, with a strong background in Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related field, with a focus on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience in the television or entertainment industry is a plus, providing valuable insights and expertise.
