Transaction Operations Specialist

This role involves processing transactions into the system according to customer communications. The position also requires implementing new business strategies and maintaining existing policies.
Main Responsibilities- Determining request types by reviewing documents and processing them in accordance with established guidelines.
- Processing transactions received through various channels including faxes, web submissions, mail, and contact center requests.
- Verifying senders, processing transactions in administrative systems, and sending confirmation letters to policy owners.
- Redirecting documents to relevant operational areas as necessary.
- Contributing to individual performance goals by meeting processing targets focused on turnaround time expectations.
- Fostering a positive customer service mindset to exceed customer expectations through continuous improvement.
- Identifying and capitalizing on best practices to ensure consistency and optimal performance within a team-based environment.
