Job Title: Transaction Processing Specialist

Job Description:
  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to multitask.
  • This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service voice process (International BPO Only)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in night shifts and rotational week offs
