Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, tracking, and recording payments accurately, efficiently, and timely.

The AP specialist will have a daily impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and good terms with our valued partners.

  • Process and verify invoices according to our Group rules.
  • Review and book invoices in our tool.
  • Participate in Monthly and Annual closing, Suppliers accruals review, A P review.
  • Share best practices and prepare workshops to ensure that all stakeholders have the right information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA, M Com, CPA certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite or Procurement software can be an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of experience in A P accounting is preferred.
