We are seeking a talented Business Excellence Leader to drive operational performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role will champion daily management excellence, problem-solving maturity, and the integration of AI-driven insights to support lean deployment across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and sustaining daily management systems. Strong facilitation skills for kaizens, problem-solving workshops, and cross-functional alignment are essential. Demonstrated success in embedding lean culture and behaviors at all levels of the organization is also required.
About the Role
This is an office-based role that requires full-time presence in the company's facilities. The Business Excellence Leader will act as a catalyst for change, working with leadership and teams at all levels to ensure that operational excellence becomes part of our daily rhythm. By combining proven lean methodologies with emerging digital and AI capabilities, you will enable faster decision-making, smarter problem-solving, and sustained competitive advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve daily management routines to ensure visibility of performance, rapid escalation of issues, and effective countermeasure implementation.
- Coach leaders and teams on performance dialogues, tiered accountability, and visual management to embed a culture of operational discipline
- Build organizational capability to solve problems at the right level, using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Facilitate development of problem-solving coaches and mentors across the business to achieve autonomy in continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a long-term lean transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Facilitate kaizens, value stream mapping, and waste elimination projects with measurable and sustained impact.
- Identify and deploy AI-powered tools for process monitoring, predictive problem detection, and decision support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or similar roles.
- Multi-industry and multi-function experience is preferred, with healthcare experience being a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being preferred.
- Lean certifications on Expert or Master level are also required.
