Job Title: Chief Executive Officer Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support our Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership off-sites, and strategic reviews
- Support the CEO in monitoring company priorities, key projects, and deadlines
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for decision making.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
