Job Title: Chief Executive Officer Support Specialist
Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to serve as the right-hand person to our CEO, providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation services to the CEO.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate board meetings, leadership off-sites, and strategic reviews.
• Support the CEO in monitoring company priorities, key projects, and deadlines.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for decision making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
