Job Title: Key Support Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful administrative professional to provide top-notch support to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role requires exceptional time management skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a revenue-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure seamless execution of meetings and events.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
