
Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior executives, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings, as well as prioritizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, travel, and events.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the CEO's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Prioritize and coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and events
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up notes
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Draft, review, and send communications, presentations, and reports
- Liaise with internal departments, board members, clients, and external partners
- Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Organize logistics for conferences, board meetings, and offsite events
- Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the CEO
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
- Coordinate with other executive assistants and administrative staff for smooth operations
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders
- Support the CEO in stakeholder engagement, event planning, and follow-ups
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
