Job Title: Chief People Technology Officer Key Responsibilities:

The Chief People Technology Officer will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy to drive process improvements, increase efficiency and enhance employee experience.
  • Implement, maintain and optimize HR systems and tools to ensure data integrity and compliance across all HR technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR technology needs and gaps.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions with existing business processes.
 Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field (required).
  • Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
  • Strong technical skills with experience in implementing and optimizing HR systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
