    Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and department heads to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing IT team to ensure they have the resources and support necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

    Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in a leadership role within the IT field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a business-oriented approach.

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Business Administration or Information Technology preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL, CISSP) desired.
