Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO), located in Pune. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring both efficiency and quality across our comprehensive services. Responsibilities include business planning, operations management, financial oversight including budgeting, and strategic planning. The COO will collaborate closely with various departments to drive operational excellence and innovation within the company.

Responsibilities includes:


• Administrative head of all clinics/ departments primarily responsible for improving overall patient experience through all stages like enquiry, enrolment, consultation, and treatment including measurement of patient satisfaction, dealing with patient grievances and feedback
• Managing entire OPD related functions and processes
• Patient relationship management
• Managing medicine dispensary stock, dispatches to patients
• Purchasing and Vendor Management
• Infrastructure management including Civil, Electrical, & Other Maintenance
• Information technology management including hardware, software, database, and website upkeep
• Housekeeping, Safety and Security Management
• Manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, work allocation, performance appraisal, administering compensation plans, employee welfare activities
• Marketing, brand communication, public relations to increase patient flow
• Reviewing patient flow data, maintaining and leveraging existing and past patient databases
• All statutory compliances, accreditations and certifications
• Budgeting & cash flow management
• Compiling, maintaining and presenting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly review reports

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management
  • Analytical Skills to drive data-driven decision-making processes
  • Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or Ayurvedic industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field, HR, MSW
