Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CRM initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver campaign objectives and ensure successful project execution.
  • Innovate new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
  • Partner with technical and creative colleagues to drive results-driven marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns, preferably in high-growth or technology companies.
  • Experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams.
  • An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
