Lead Strategic Initiatives

We seek a proactive and results-driven individual to act as the founder's right-hand person. As a key member of our leadership team, you will own high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of business strategies.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with all departments to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Strong project management skills, including preparing briefings and ensuring accountability, are also essential.

We are looking for someone who can provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support critical decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the founder's right-hand person by owning high-priority projects and initiatives across the company.
  • Execution Leadership: Translate the company's vision into tangible action by ensuring timely and high-quality execution of key business strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with all departments to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and identify areas for operational and strategic improvement.
  • Project & Meeting Management: Participate in leadership and strategic meetings, prepare briefings, and ensure accountability and alignment on action items.
  • Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support critical decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a Founder's Office or strategic capacity.
  • Ability to translate broad vision into actionable execution plans.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive projects and resolve roadblocks across multiple functions.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
  • Expertise in branding, communication strategy, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Strong project management skills, including preparing briefings and ensuring accountability.
  • Data-driven insights to support critical decision-making.
