Executive Strategy Lead Role

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Strategy Lead to collaborate closely with the founder and play a pivotal role in driving key business strategies.

This individual will be responsible for translating the company's vision into actionable plans, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of strategic initiatives, and fostering strong cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnership: Act as the founder's trusted advisor, owning high-priority projects and initiatives across the company, and representing the founder in internal discussions as needed.
  2. Execution Leadership: Oversee the translation of the company's vision into tangible action, ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of key business strategies, and proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks across various functions.
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with all departments to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and identify areas for operational and strategic improvement.
  4. Branding & Communication Oversight: Lead the branding team, focusing on expanding brand reach, refining the communication strategy, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  5. Project & Meeting Management: Participate in leadership and strategic meetings, prepare briefings and follow-ups, and ensure accountability and alignment on action items.
  6. Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support critical decision-making processes for both the founder and the leadership team.
