Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Hyatt Place Hyatt Pune. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a F&B sales specialist in the area of Food and Beverage, covering relationship building and account management, as well as event management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as F&B Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel.
  • Good understanding of selling techniques and F&B knowledge.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
