Job Opportunity:
RING is expanding its sales operations in Aligarh and seeks a dynamic City Manager & Assistant Branch Manager to lead and scale our sales efforts. This mid-management role involves overseeing local distribution strategies, driving business growth through Direct Selling Agent channels, and managing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Sales Leadership & Execution:
- Drive loan disbursement targets through effective management of DSAs and field sales teams.
- Identify, onboard, and train new DSAs to expand the channel footprint in the city.
- Monitor daily sales metrics, conversion ratios, and productivity benchmarks to ensure performance alignment.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and field officers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and motivational activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain high team morale.
Customer Experience:
- Earn excellent service delivery and prompt issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Act as the escalation point for customer grievances and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor daily field operations, documentation, and adherence to compliance norms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth backend support and loan processing.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic input to regional and central leadership on territory expansion, pricing, and product feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in field sales or branch operations, preferably in fintech, NBFCs, or banking.
- Proven experience managing DSA networks and field teams.
- Strong sales acumen and understanding of retail lending products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting dashboards.
