Sales Manager for Logistics Division

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our Logistics Division to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
  • Develop customized sales strategies and coordinate business generation activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage a prospect list to ensure a pipeline of future business opportunities.
  • Respond to RFQs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cross-selling activities and ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Focus on winning and retaining profitable business by identifying value-added opportunities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales-related experience.
  • Graduation from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
