Sales and Logistics Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Logistics Manager to join our team at Rawalwasia Textile Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Surat, Gujarat. As a Sales and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the management of RFQ responses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for the logistics business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cross-selling activities and ensure seamless follow-up within the department.
  • Focus on winning and retaining profitable business by identifying value-added opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales-related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
