Sales Operations Strategist

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join our APAC Sales team in India and Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing CRM support to our Sales leaders and their teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide CRM support to the APAC Sales leaders and their teams
- Champion regional CRM data accuracy, ensuring sales team adherence to sales processes
- Facilitate sales CRM onboarding and continuing education opportunities
- Assist in the development of sales territories and quotas
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, partner, systems, and finance teams
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or finance
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales strategy and operations for B2B software companies
- Highly proficient in Salesforce.com with strong proven ability for building reports and dashboards in support of various Sales go-to-market programs
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau skills
- Great team leader and communicator, translating data into actionable insights
