We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Advertising Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong English proficiency, expertise in international client coordination, and a proven track record of driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
  • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage large-scale advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and cost control.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with international clients, understanding their business goals and tailoring ad strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with the latest ad platform algorithms, bidding techniques, and industry trends to implement innovative advertising solutions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and analytics setup using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 parameters.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align advertising campaigns with overall brand objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior paid media specialists, ensuring best practices and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in international client coordination and managing global ad campaigns.
  • Ability to work UK business hours.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and conversion tracking.
