**Drive Growth in Hardware-Based Test and Measurement**

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in hardware-based test and measurement.

  • Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers to promote test and automation solutions
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Demonstrate understanding of NI hardware or similar platforms during technical discussions
  • Collaborate with application teams for proposals, demos, and solution delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions
  • Ensure timely quotation follow-ups, documentation, and closure of orders
  • Provide post-sale support for customer satisfaction and relationship building

**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will execute on-the-ground sales operations, build customer relationships, and convert opportunities for NI hardware and automation systems.

**Required Skills & Qualifications Include:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/Instrumentation)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales of industrial hardware (preferably NI, DAQ systems, or automation tools)
  • Familiarity with NI LabVIEW or DAQ systems (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of T&M instruments, DAQ devices, and automation hardware
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven customer engagement ability
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent regional travel
