Industrial Sales Specialist

Job Description:

  • Sales Engineer position for industrial automation products in the sales sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Motion, Safety products Etc. In the INDUSTRIAL SECTORS.
  • Expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers).
  • Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, lead qualifying, negotiating, Prospecting & New Customer Development). 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve business growth in assigned territories, accounts, or industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities with both active and dormant customers.
  • Analyze and understand customer needs, leveraging resources to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an active and healthy sales funnel to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Undertake daily sales calls to strengthen customer relationships and generate leads.
  • Qualify, follow up, and close sales opportunities effectively.
  • Drive value-based and customer-centric selling strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven customer relationship-building skills.
  • Pre-sales and team coordination experience.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and strategies.
  • MS Office proficiency & Knowledge of SAP (added advantage).
