About the Role:

We seek a seasoned expert in industrial automation to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for professionals across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop hands-on and theoretical training on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance (FDA, cGMP, GAMP5).
  • Instruct on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, including Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other leading automation platforms.
  • Conduct training on pharma validation processes, encompassing equipment qualification, process validation, and adherence to FDA, EMA, and global guidelines.
  • Demonstrate 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Automation Tools: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens).
  • Validation Expertise: Pharma validation, equipment qualification, computerized system validation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5.
  • Technical Skills: Automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation.
