Job Title: Automation Expert with Industry-Leading Knowledge

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned automation expert to join our team and share their extensive industry knowledge with others. This role involves developing and delivering hands-on training programs on advanced automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS systems, and related technologies.
  • Provide in-depth instruction on Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other leading automation platforms, ensuring participants gain practical skills aligned with industry standards.
  • Conduct training sessions on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines.
  • Train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements, emphasizing the importance of accuracy and precision in industrial automation.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems, leveraging real-world examples to illustrate key concepts.
  • Develop engaging training materials, case studies, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness and participant retention.
  • Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies, validation trends, and regulatory updates, incorporating new knowledge into training modules to maintain relevance and authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation) or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record of training, mentoring, or technical teaching.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory standards and quality management systems, with expertise in FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt training delivery to diverse audiences and learning styles.
