Training Development Manager

The role of the Training Development Manager is to design, implement and evaluate training programs for employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to develop tailored training plans that meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers and training team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in training and development and apply this knowledge to improve training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Experience with training software and technology.
