Job Description:

The Master Trainer - AI will be responsible for leading AI training programs, mentoring junior trainers, and ensuring the highest standards of instructional delivery. This role involves both teaching and the strategic development of our curriculum and training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver expert-level AI training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences (beginners to advanced).
  • Conduct live, virtual, and hybrid training sessions/Webinars
  • Utilize interactive teaching methodologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.

Additionally, this position entails:

  • Leading the design and development of AI course materials, including curriculum guides, assessments, and exercises.
  • Collaborating with AI experts and instructional designers to ensure up-to-date and comprehensive training content.

This role also requires:

  • Mentoring and coaching junior trainers, providing feedback and guidance to improve their teaching techniques.
  • Developing and implementing train-the-trainer programs to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.

Quality Assurance is also a key aspect of this position:

  • Regularly evaluating and updating training materials and methods based on feedback and emerging AI trends.
  • Ensuring all training programs meet the company's quality standards and learning outcomes.

Finally, this role involves:

  • Working closely with clients to tailor training programs to meet their specific AI learning needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing) to align training programs with business goals.
