Job Overview
The Asset and Sparing Administrator plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the Services Asset Lifecycle Management team. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of assets and spares.
- Support the team in planning and analyzing inventory levels.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Perform administrative tasks related to asset and sparing management.
Requirements:
- Secondary school certification or equivalent.
- Working towards completion of a relevant degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent is preferable.
- Some work experience in procurement / Assets and Sparing and stock planning and management is required.
