About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Development Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for partnering with brands, agencies, and internal partners to ensure quality, speed, value, and compliance throughout the Customer Information Materials Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and support to Marketing Operations colleagues across the business unit to share experiences and best practices.
  • Evaluate readiness of materials and ensure deliverables meet requirements prior to submitting for review.
  • Review changes from Project Owner or Agency to ensure changes were made correctly and that there were no other additions or deletions.
  • Compare old with new to verify that all updates and corrections were made to final files.
  • Review and approve production proof against approved content from external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Customer Information Materials Lifecycle.
