Job Title: Global Benefits Consultant

 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of global benefits modules.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on organizations worldwide by designing and delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementation and configuration of global benefits across large organizations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits requirements and design bespoke solutions
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations
  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
