Overview of the Role:

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Deployment Officer. This role will involve leading the deployment and onboarding process for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from setup to go-live.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in your city, building trust-based relationships.
  • Understand each client's business requirements and configure their account accordingly.
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup.
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff.
  • Share best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language.
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
