This is an exciting role that requires a deep understanding of third-party risk management principles and practices. As a Director of TPRM, you will lead our sales efforts and develop customized risk management solutions for large and mid-sized organizations.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique risk management needs and align our solutions with their organizational goals.
  • Drive sales efforts for TPRM solutions by engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and demonstrating how our offerings can address their specific risk management challenges.
  • Create and implement tailored third-party risk management frameworks in accordance with client objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Provide expert insights to senior leadership regarding the integration of TPRM solutions into broader organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of experience in risk management, specifically focusing on third-party risk management initiatives.

They will also have proven hands-on experience managing complex outsourcing relationships and contracts within regulated environments, demonstrating expertise in compliance.

A deep understanding of key TPRM regulations relevant to heavily regulated business sectors, including direct compliance experience with global banking regulations such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230, is also required.

Familiarity with implementing industry-standard TPRM technologies such as Archer, OneTrust, and ProcessUnity, along with knowledge of AI technologies and their impact on TPRM, is highly valued.
