Main Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of product modules, driving clarity and structure across cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and structured documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead sprint ceremonies, including planning, backlog grooming, and daily syncs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to define custom features, integrations, and business logic.
  • Drive UAT, feedback collection, and iterative improvements post-launch.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software as a service or technical product environments, with strong documentation and story-writing skills. They should also have experience using Agile tools, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and an ownership mindset.
